Sale of Interest | Conveyance filed of record in the County where the property is located |
Ownership Change Due to Divorce | Complete Divorce Decree including Settlement Agreement and recorded conveyances (if appropriate) |
Trust or Partnership is Created | Trust or Partnership Agreement and the document conveying the interest in a property to a Trust or Partnership recorded in the County where the property is located |
Trust or Partnership is Terminated | Dissolution of Trust or Partnership and if appropriate recorded conveyance to the beneficiary |
Changes in Trustee | Instrument by which the Successor Trustee was appointed |
Joint Tenancy with Death of One Tenant | Death Certificate of Deceased Tenant along with recorded Affidavit of Surviving Joint Tenant. |
Estate Proceeding: Owner died with a Will (testate) and probate proceedings are to be conducted in the state where the property is located |
Death Certificate, Last Will and Testament, Order Admitting Will to Probate, Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration, Evidence Debts and Taxes have been paid, Final Decree of Distribution or Judgment of Possession, listing of current mailing addresses for heirs, Documentation of Ancillary Probate Proceedings opened in all affected states and recorded in the County where the property is located or Proof of Death & Heirship |

Federal Law requires you to furnish your Social Security or Tax Identification Number via an executed W-9 form. Failure to comply will result in 24% tax withholding and will not be refundable by Vital Energy, Inc.
